Two emerging companies, Pulsecor and KM Medical, had developed novel medical devices and were looking to expand their market presence and attract potential partners in Europe. Objectives:
Method: MEDICA provides a huge visibility platform however companies have to compete with thousands of others for the attention of the press and potential partners. Using past experience working with media, we pitched KM Medical and Pulsecor, two medical device companies from New Zealand that had the strongest news potential, and supporting data and materials in advance to those media with conference previews. This also provided exposure to potential partners in advance of the conference. Results:
